Fruit salad with mint-orange syrup

SERVES 4

Ingredients

1 apple, sliced
1 pear, sliced
1 orange, peeled and sliced
10 strawberries, cut in half or quartered
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
15 grapes, cut in half
Seeds of 1 pomegranate
Syrup
70 gr of sugar
1 lemon leaf
Handful of mint leaves
Juice of 1 orange

Method

Mix all the fruit in a large plate and toss together, put the syrup and sugar, lemon leaf, mint and orange juice in a blender for one minute and mix with the fruit
