Khyber comes to pass DUKES Dubai

Award winning Indian restaurant and celebrity favourite, Khyber, has opened its first venue outside of its native Mumbai at DUKES Dubai. The five-star Indian hideaway boasts a 180-degree view that takes in Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Marina skyline. With a capacity for up to 162 guests, including 40 diners on the terrace, as well as a live cooking station and numerous private dining options. The Indian hotspot is a favourite of Sir Paul McCartney, Amir Khan, Richard Gere, Demi Moore and the Kuwait Royal Family, among others. This Indian fine dining favourite specialises in authentic north Indian frontier food; signature highlights include: Tandoori Raan, a tender leg of baby lamb, Khyber spiced marinade, cooked in a clay oven; Makai ki Tikki, corn patties, royal cumin seed, green chillies and coriander; Five Grains Tandoori Roti, a whole-wheat bread, ragi, oats, pearl millet (jawar) and red millet (bajra), cooked in the tandoor; and Hara Masala Pomfret, whole pomfret stuffed with mild coconut and coriander chutney, seared until crisp. The menu also features nine different types of roti (bread). The new Dubai restaurant shares the same ethnic style as the flagship Khyber restaurant.
