Mix of fresh fruits, such as:
1 passion fruit
1 cup cherries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
½ cup green grapes
Small bunch of mint
Cut the mango half crosswise and carefully flip inside out. Cut half of the watermelon into slices, and scoop balls out of the other half. Cut balls from the other type of melon. Cut the orange in half and cut one half in slices. Carve one of the kiwi’s and thinly slice the other one. Open the pomegranate and discard the white. Thinly slice the peach. Halve the passionfruit and the lime, and cut half of the lime into parts. Halve all the berries and grapes.
Arrange all the fruits on a platter, and decorate with mint and flowers.
