Salmon and cream cheese bagels, Japanese style

Ingredients

2 sesame bagels
4 slices smoked salmon
4 tbsp. cream cheese
4 tbsp. wakame (sea weed salad)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp wasabi
½ cucumber, in thin slices

Method

Halve the bagels and toast the cut sides in a dry pan. Cover the bottoms with cream cheese, layer over the salmon, cucumber and sea weed.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and wasabi until smooth. Top the bagels with the wasabi mayonnaise and serve.
